Resistances ?

under the charter tab the Resistances have 75% all of them except for chos is -20.

the in pretences there are # 107% cold fire 108% lighting 102% and chos is a -20

does the first number represent my max resist. and the # in pretences mean the actual Resist I have.

Yes

The parentheses numbers indicate how much over your cap you have. There is a 20% penalty in cruel (which you see with the chaos resistance) and a 60% penalty in Merciless. So standing in normal, you'd want to see a 135 in parentheses which would show that if you go to a merciless area, you'd be at your max of 75.
