Linked Steam Account Characters Deleted

Hi I accidently deleted my characters through linking my steam account as well. Would there be a way to restore them? Thanks a bunch.

" Hi Varvario, I have gone ahead and restored your accounts to the state that they were in prior to being linked. You should now be able to access your characters on the Steam account again. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help. :) |

Yes i used in the past but now i made another steam account because i lost my steam password. I remember though my poe password so i logged in through poe client.
