If i throw mana leech onto my minions will they leech mana for me?
No, they'll leech mana for them. If your minions have mana leech, then they leech mana, not you.

When using multi shot does each arrow leech mana? Or just the main arrow?
Have not had a chance to test
All the damage dealt by the supported skill causes leech.

wiki says that quality is +1% leech per quality, same for life leech.
Is this true? Seems pretty far fetched. That'd be 24% manaleech. Or is it, rather, 4% * 1.20 = 4.8%? Seems more reasonable.
Thanks!
Neither. It is mana leech rate % which is increase to the cap of speed you can regen mana per second by leeching. Normally 12,5% max mana per second. It increases that valueby 20% so 12,5%*1,2=15%
My brain just exploded.
Can someone explain this a bit more clearly?
A plain 1% leech gem leeches 1% of damage dealt by skill.
A 20% quality 1% leech gem leeches ????
The exact same amount, but you get it back faster. Qualitiy increases the leech rate, not the amount.

A. Mana Leech ignores mitigation from armor. (Which could be a bug)
That's not possible, as there isn't any value for damage that doesn't have the armour factored in.
"
B. The Mana Leech % at lv5 is not exactly 1%, but higher. This is a display bug.
It is 1%. We don't (currently) have partial percentages on leech, but it is planned for the future.
"
C. The monster in the lv66 map had practically no armor. (Which could be a bug)
A variation on this is likely. it may be that monster had low armour, and your hits were high damage enough that it provided low mitigation
