Loading Screen crashes..

Having the same issue. Everytime I change to a new map, the screen freezes. It will happen on teleport or changing to another area.

It actually occurs for me everytime second time I go to a new area. For example, I can use the waypoint from town, but if I try to get back using the waypoint, POE hangs.

I am getting the same problem
Been playing the game for years without issue. Just today (first time playing since Thursday) I began stalling at zone load screen every 1-3 times.
e.g. I load the game fine into act 4, then port to hideout and load screen just stays up indefinitely. I can alt tab to other programs, but can't seem to close PoE without restarting my PC.
I am running windows 10.

Please advise.

I've now lost 2 trades because I try to go to hideout and it falls over, I have to physically close game and reopen. only have it when going to hideout

I have the exact same issue;

Log in nice and quick, load up a zone, works fine, then the SECOND zone i try to load (or porting back to town) it just freezes forever on the loading screen.

No error messages, nothing, just freezes forever.

100% unplayable as the second time i move to another zone i crash.

Again iv'e run this game (on the same PC) for years and had no problems.

Maybe it's updating to windows 10?? idk
