" Cyclone stays at lvl 1 + get flat mana on your gear (50-80) " for Shock Nova - BL: Oak - Kraityn - Kill for Discharge: Oak - Kraityn - Alyra For lvling itself: Chose whatever you feel comfortable with. I prefer Sweep (regrets) or Cyclone till 69. Then Swap on your Empyrian's Grasp and Rise of the Phoenix and go RF Cyclone till around 75.
