Game crashes leaving/entering instances. Failure to load textures on one.

In the past 24 hours I have had client crash because of failure to load textures and certain other variables that I haven't necessarily read. I forget when the first one happened, but the second one happened when entering the climb/exiting the ledge, I recieved about 7 popups with various errors and then the client stopped working. This just happened again when entering aqueducts from dominus merciless. I'll try to get more information next time it happens.
