Orb of Regret or new Char

Hey Guys , technically im new to PoE ( played at release for 2 weeks , quit and now playing again ). Im a lvl 52 scion and my current build oneshots most mobs and uniques only take 2-3 hits but i wanna try a new build the problem is i already spent 61 points and only have 10 refund , 3 regrets and like 3 lvl up points . Should i farm regrets or just lvl a new one? Since im new 1-20 takes me about 1h 30 min but everything above 20 would take me a while.

Start a new character.

If you wanna try out a new build, generally starting a new char is the way to go. Unless the new build is very similar to your current char.

If you can change the spec enough to what you want to do, I would use them. If not, then start a new one. I don't save currency, if I need it I use it. Most people will tell you to save till you are high level. It your pace you night never reach high level. So just have fun now!
