From level 31 onward you'll want to use Cyclone, Life Gain on Hit, Bloodmagic and Fortify.

" Lighty just updated his build without quotations to Victor and Vencendra, which had way better 2h cyclones builds in the past and 2h cyclone is 100% hc viable using lgoh for lvling is alright as you do enough dps anyway and fix a regen issue till you have enough points to grab them |
