Does %phys on a wand affect the damage of SWT?

It doesnt.
The %phys increase on weapons is specific to its attack dmg, so not for spells. Though other kinds of %phys increase do count. ign: Qwertzuiopp

If you gonna go for shockwave totem, Critical strike and critical multipier is the most important stat. Adding Lightning damage to spells will let the totem shock stack and you will deal alot more damage.
