What stats do people look for on quivers?

I'm never sure whether quivers I find are any good or not. What stats tend to make up a good quiver?
Life, flat phys, WED, leeches, crit chance, crit multi, attack speed, accuracy.

No one is ever going to buy a quiver with no life on it, the rest are mix and match but flat phys and crit multi are generally the most prized stats.
Have you done something awesome with Sire of Shards? PM me and tell me all about it!

Thanks.
A good quiver is the one which fit your build.

Affixe :
Life is always good unless you're going CI or lowlife.
Additionnal flat dmg is better for high speed archers or specialized in the same dmg type.
WED% is good if you already deal a lot of ele dmg.
Life and Mana Leech are pretty useless with the 2.0 leech changes.

Suffixes :
Crit chances and crit multi are really useful for a crit based build (and useful even if you don't have a crit build)
Attack speed is good.
Accuracy is precious if you miss it (try to always have 90+% chance to hit).
Resistances are always good if you need them.

The rest is useless.
