How good is this wand?

It's tricky to say and it depends on if you've got other stats filled in your gear.

Without crit chance to spells and cast speed you can't really say "hey that's a gg wand"

It's decent, but it's pretty niche. Whoever wants to run that wand will need to have a very specific build in mind for it.

Also something to note - elemental damage added to spells actually DESTROYS anyone who tries to run elemental equilibrium, so in a lot of cases people won't buy your wand because of that stat alone =]
