Voltaxic + call of the brotherhood

Hi all,
Equipping Voltaxic rift and Call of the brotherhood causes a discrepancy; which conversion wins? I would test it, but I haven't near enough ex to snag a voltaxic. Global 1 is cancer.

Then I guess that 100% to chaos 50% to cold becomes 67% to chaos 33% to cold -
