Microtransactions for each character?

I just started playing poe yesterday and I bought some pack.
I applied the armor & weapon effect to my gear.
This morning I woke up thinking about making a ranger and when I saw in my microtransactions menu there was nothing there.
So i have to remove all the effects from that character just to have it on an other?

Yes. Or you can buy another set of those MTX.
