Dime's Blacklist Loot Filter v13 - Farm/Solo & Map/Party editions - only ~400 lines of code

Bump for version 8.

Added a 5th tier for currency, and recolored mid-tier to be more of a teal/green. Fixed up some minor discrepancies between the two different editions of the filter.

At this point I am happy with how the script functions, but the colors still need a bit of work. I will likely add support for Filtration in the next version.

Bump for version 9
- add Talisman support
- recolor certain items
- add Sorcerer Boots chance base by default
- add high itemlevel craft base distinction
- hide low/mid rares in the map/party version

- misc tweaks
- better/darker colors
- smarter crafting ilvl 83/84
- normalize sound volumes

Bump for version 11, toned the colors back and fixed some issues, this is pretty close to my original vision at this point.

Nice filter. Requesting 6 sockets/fusing/alcs to make your currency drop noise though like chaos and up.

I will see what I can do, I had a few other tweaks I realized are needed too.

Bump for version 12
+ added border for Vaal gems
+ added sound for 5-link & 6-socket drop
+ changed sound for chaos-tier currencies
+ changed colors again to be more distinctive (otherwise cannot tell difference in dark maps)
+ changed currency colors to blue (stand out from rare items)
+ hide more things like rare quivers in the Party version of the filter (anything that is not a "good" base is hidden as it is meant to be extremely filtered out)
