Of course not, but sometime play a lot must have a reward, last year don't have not even one good drop playing 7-8 hours per day.

Well, to be honest, though I've not sat down and done the SOLID math to work out the true weighted odds of uniques, my rough guestimate (based on me recording my own drops) is that every 30-50 uniques or so you, on average, get one that's worth into the exalt range.

A lot of people think that might be unreasonably often, but they likely over-state how many uniques they see dropping.

Damn I got almost 100 uniques nothing more than 5C and i got 200ish mf.. last time I played w/o mf I got uniques drop more than an ex lel. maybe Ill just play longer. already logged 7 days 15 hrs. I play straight after work only 3-4hrs sleep a day.

Well, it is the "AVERAGE;" it's still RNG. An easily-seen comparison is trying to 6L items: sure, there's several people excitedly exclaiming they got it within their first (1/3/20) fusings, but there's also those (who are NOT so excited and hence not boasting) that they're still going 10,000 fusings later, and have seen maybe 1 5L.

Overall, higher rarity bonuses won't measurably affect the ratio of good uniqes vs. crappy ones, as it improves the rarity rolls of ALL tiers of item: your 200% IIR will increase your quantities of uniques of EACH tier, rares, and even magic... The only thing that doesn't go up is plain white items. (which go down because a lot of them will thusly drop as something better instead)

Made a compiled video of all uniques (that I managed to record) that dropped for the duration of one week! 76 Drops in total, probably a dozen more I missed. Mouse-overs are shown on most of them (although brief).
