"An unexpected disconnection has occurred"

I keep losing high level maps because when I try to access them from my hideout, I get this error. Logging back in and trying to enter the map again just repeats the error until I'm out of portals. Subsequent maps work fine until I get this error and lose a map again.

Have a same problem, lost 3 maps today like that. Random DC (not internet crash, just DC) and than fail to join instance, relogs or restarts dont work. Didnt have this problem yesterday please fix it.
