Any one know what gems I should use and other items? Also what passive skills should I put? Please help. Thank you!

Have a look at the witch builds list. There are several mjölner builds/guides there. That should give you an idea on gear, gems and tree.

So what passive skills should I put? What do you think the best armor would be and gloves? Need some more advice.
