Got told to contact support for a name change can't e-mail them.

Getting an error message every time I try to contact the support mail.

You might ask if there is a mod available in game via global chat. They might be able to direct you to someone that can help if they can't. Otherwise, you should be able to PM a mod on the forums as well. I wish I could direct you to a specific username, as I suspect only in-house support has the power to initiate name changes. When you do contact them, I recommend including a name that you would like (with some variation assuming it is taken), to give them something to work with.
