Noob Archer

Just started playing as archer what would you recommend? Armor or evasion? Evasion? accuracy? what spells are the best for beginner?

evasion
physical damage % and extra elemental damage in numbers like "3-34 Lightning Damage"
movement speed is nice so you can kite the enemys and run away.

for gems you can use Fire Arrow or Explosive Arrow or Ice Shot. They are all fine.
Rain of Arrows is very easy to use and good for AoE to kill maye monsters at once.
Maybe use Fire Traps for extra damage early in the game.
Extra critical chances are also nice.

You will get the feeling for what you like. You can then later look up a build here.
