Playing at Max Settings

My Rig specs

i7 2600k
1 TB 7200 RPM HDD
8 GB ram
Radeon 7850 2g OC
Windows 7 (64 bit)

Running CCC 12.10 (Refuse to upgrade to 13.0 due to crash i got trying previously)

I am currently playing this game at full settings. Everything maxed to the brim and have had no FPS issues what so ever. Vsynce on never drops below 60. However i am seeing a lot of threads talking about getting bad drops. I guess my question is am I the only one who has no issues with FPS drops at max settings. Or have i just not gotten far enough in the game to see these graphical issues?
