No he clearly stated "last" post wins (look one post above).
Posting "last" makes it a "last post".
Posting "last post" makes it a "last post post", so Yours for sure cannot win.
But also regardless what is written in the post, if the post it self is last in the thread is makes it the "last post".
But then there are a lot of "last posts" in many other threads that have already ended. So which one of those wins?
Or are we waiting for the whole forum's last post here?
Or the last one on the whole internet?

I really think the OP needs to state some ground rules here.
