In your projected tree you pick up quite a bit of endurance charges, but you plan on getting them only through Warlord's mark? Before the patch I played a similar Iron Will Firestorm character (except RF & less armor) and used the Heralds to curse on hit (can't get long enough shocks now however without investment or Three Dragons). After the patch I've found that Enduring Cry invaluable in also providing regen so you don't need to flask as often. The aggro can be offset by using Frost Walls.

May i ask what your current average damage on firestorm is?

802 tooltip with all gems being 16/17 and without quality. Projected tooltip is 1,400 which obviously doesn't include Fire Penetration. To give you an indication, I had 817 tooltip on Standard while I made the Shipyard video. I should upload a level 75 Warbands update where you can see what 802 tooltip does to low level maps.

Any issues with single target rares and bosses?

I haven't noticed any problems with rare mobs, at least not damage wise. Certain fast moving unique monsters can be frustrating though. Basically all monsters that run in various directions or chaotically throw stuff around can potentially piss you off.
