Why is Disfavour up 10+ ex since 2.0 - Standard

Pre 2.0 6L was around 38 ex, now I see it at 48-60 ex. Was there some kind of buff, or is it because cyclone is more popular or is it just being merched?

Mostly Cyclone being popular and offer being on the low since a lot of people from standard play warbands.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
