Lightning Warp Visual Glitch When Held

When I use Lightning Warp too soon after my last Warp, no audio/visual cue goes off. I do move from the "ghost warp", but with no audio or visual cue, the screen moving over seems jumpy. This may cause issues because you may not warp to an expected location because no warp beacon went off.

You can avoid this bug by moving a step after each cast, but that is also annoying to do.


Steps to Reproduce:

1) Lockstep Enabled
2) Moderate Cast Speed
3) Hold Lighting Warp Key

Hate to necro but just tried Lightning warp and had the same exact glitch. I hope it gets fixed soon b/c the skill is unusable as is. I had it linked with less duration and faster casting.
