Theory crafting Doryani's Fist

Hello I just picked up a pair of Doryani's Fist and am planning to do a build based on them.

I plan on using Infernal Blow, linked with Multi, FA, CoMK, and Discharge. I ran a similar build but with Hyaon's Fury and Static Strike and it worked great for single target and cleared packs super fast.
To keep Discharge running I plan on using Romira's Banquet, and RT.

This is the tree I plan to use:

With the Jewel slots, I can use them to get 6-7% increased maximum health so the life shouldn't be as low as it seems at first glance. I'll probably run Determination, and Wrath, and use Elreon jewelry to deal with the mana cost.

I'm curious if anyone has toyed around with these yet, or has any ideas. Also curious if the tree is optimized.
