Help with Spectral Throw Scion build

Hello guys!

I'm new to Path of Exile, and I've watched a video about Elemental Spectral Throw build for Scion, but I can't open the passive skill tree do to the fact that new patch came out and all the builds I found are for previous versions. So, could anyone please show me the passive skill tree for it? And also, what gems do I need to get? Thanks in advance!
