In the current state Dominus is stronger because he spams his abilities more often.
On top of that he like to teleport upon your face and rekt-touch-of god you. Malachai has more oneshot abilities but hes a bit slower. Malachai = Wrecking Ball Dominus = Ninja Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. Well, they both have pretty low DPS compared to player characters, but considering malachai probably has five times the life of dominus, malachai would slowly win the fight.
