Yep, you can do that as long as it is an mp4 file. In your Preferences under "Folders" you will see a portion for Third Party Video Folders. You can link Plays.tv to where your other videos are saved and this will allow you to upload those videos to the Plays.tv website.

For other people wondering or attempting to do this, the 3rd parties folder designates specific third parties like raptr, GeForceShadowplay, HOWEVER, you can just drop the videos you want to share directly in the directory of where plays.tv saves its videos "--> preferences --> Folders --> Game Video Game Recording Directory" and then proceed to upload them.

I work as a music video creator. However, school, work, and general life keeps me from doing the majority of my ideas. This video contest thing (and the fact that I am so far ahead on everything in life atm, so impressive) has sparked a certain zest I had for this once more.
I only really have time to make one though, regardless, so some help in deciding is appreciated.
