Returning

Greetings peeps,

I haven't played the game for well over a year but I'm thinking of coming back now with the awakening. I have a lvl85 scion which used to be specced into spectral throw. Since apparently the build is obsolete I'm looking into advice for a new one. Ideally something that requires not crazy gear to initially get going but having the possibility of doing end game (whatever that is nowadays) once gear is good enough. I don't wanna end up with a subpar build that cant be salvaged no matter how good the gear is. Unless there are full respeccs nowadays and I missed that (which I doubt).
