Scion Skill Advice

Level 69 Scion here. I was building this Scion as a summoner over a year ago, didn't really know what I was doing. I stopped playing. I want to start playing again. My skills have been reset. I have no idea what to do with my skills. Are there any experienced players out there that have some build advice? Links to specific recommended builds would be awesome. Preferably something easy/cheap. Thank you! I have this gear:

Just start over... please. It's so much easier to build a character than to create one from an old character. Even the patch notes encourage people to start new characters... three times. You'll get a lot more out of the game that way.
