new here have some questions

I am new to the game and as i allways do on a new game i picked the "warrior". I have been looking over the talent tree, and i noticed a few that wouls seem interesting. Anyway my questions are as follows:
1 If u pick up blood mage does arcane eficiency do anything?
2 What is better for a marauder with blood mage and blooddrinker dw or 2h?
3 Skills that increase leech effects afect bloodrinker or does it refer to smth else?
