Malakai blow is not facing his direction.

That was quite unexpected.

If you take a look at and (stop video):

You can see where he was facing, but the blow happens to the left of him instead, completely unexpected.

I think this is a problem as it gives a wrong impression where his hit is going to land.
He turns around then charges up his effect in the video. I thought you meant he charged up then spun around. That would have been very bad.

I mean yes, he charges his effect, but my expectation was that he will strike directly in front of him where he was facing.

If you look the moment of the strike it is shifted to the right, and not directly in front of him.
He did turn and attack though. I think we have tried turn speeds in the past(which im guessing you probably want). They dont really work so well in action games though. The enemy's spend half the fight turning instead of attacking :P

From looking at the video the attack animation while he is facing that direction, with that camera angle, makes it very difficult to determine where he is targeting. Yes, he turned, but it to me looked like he was targeting further north of his own position and didn't do a 180 turn, but he did do a 180 turn.

Yes, but he turned too quickly in a few ms, so it was impossible to react. When he charges he is looking at one direction, then quickly turns and hits another.

Here is an image to illustrate what I am talking about, note how his direction changes so sudden:

Spoiler
I like it as it is, its within his field of view.

He's not a brainless construct like the oversoul. (nor is his weapon as heavy as to not be able to change the direction)

if he attacked behind him then I would be more concerned.
Oblivious
