Tempest Sound

This is the first time I have an issue with in game sound but Tempest sound is very annoying. If tempest would appear less frequently, it wouldn't be an issue. But right now the sound is contantly repeated because there is always a tempest on your screen. Not sure how this could be improved without affecting gameplay but it would be really awesome if this was looked into.
