Need some advise for build/equip

Hi guys,

the game gets harder and harder for me and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I'm level 48, currently act 2 cruel, so about 5 levels above the mobs. Up to act 1 cruel I was able to one-shot most white mobs and the character felt quite tanky.

Does anyone have some advise about that?

I would get a better weapon and get life on all of your rings. That's what I have on my tank marauder and im doing fine in act 2 cruel.
