Frost Blades and Wild Strike - Dual Wield Interaction?

Just a quick question since I don't think this information is out there anywhere. How do Frost Blades and Wild Strike interact with dual wielding? Must know for theorycrafting, thank you. :)

Neither one is currently shown to have a weapon type restriction on it so I am going to venture a guess that they will alternate hands.
