Patching question

Based on the above facebook post...we'll be able to patch in 10 minutes or half an hour after servers are taken down? But that leaves us with only 1.5 hour to download the entire patch and many people will not be able to start playing alongside others who have faster internet connection.

Also, is there any game file from beta I can download from somewhere and put in my PoE folder so I can speed things up?
