Ranger need to get more TANKY !!!

I am now with my Ranger lv 62 but i have see a realy big problem with it.I try to get so much evasion rating(2173) and dex(293) as possible but anyway if something atk´s me i go after 1 or 2 hits down and the most mobs can jump to a player teleport to a player ...... So you need to change there some thing oor all will stop to play with a ranger after lv 50.I have see already some player who stopped to play ranger becurse they die to often !
The most Ranger go now for str..... thats they get more life but i dont think thats its what the gamemaster want. 1. The tanks need to get more aggro with atk´s. 2. Make the Ranger a bit more tanky ! There is no other class who go after 1 atk down! You have 15 life on the ring, that is everything, except there is more on the other ring and the amulet which you didn't link. 15 life is obviously not enough.
