True. Potency of Will adds about 45% more damage to icestorm though. Lightning warp has built in reduced duration and Temp chains would be affected by reduced duration as well. Ill look into it though.

Edit: The Curses already have a good amount of duration so I put it in.

If you say so. Personally it think has tons and Just cast Enfeeble to forget about deaths then switch to CI at 75.

All divination cards have a low drop chance this one is a not crazy one so its easier than a crazy one but still more effort than buying it.

Why Iron Will in Ice Storm?

I see you changed your build to CI. Do you still have the old build?

I am more interested in running without CI for my HC character.

How are you going to sustain energy shield if your going CI?

Is this viable for HC when going CI?
