reduced mana no longer reduce aura reservation

I've read the article GGG put out, but i don't understand because of the lack of values.
What i understand: They wealth gates aura reservation reduction support gem( enlighten), so that's one thing. They always wealth gate everything... no big news there. What i don't understand how much the aura reservation of old skills are now? For example a 60% aura gem is how much reservation % now? | |

IIRC:
- 60% auras will be reduced to 50% (all offensive auras, grace, determination), or 35% (discipline, haste). - Purities are also 35%. - Heralds stays at 25%. Ranger builds list: /917964
When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch? If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch. Watching witches watch watches is not for the faint of heart... |

thats a huge nerf :( i thought with this change they will at least reduce the reservation cost significantly, but it seems like they won't.

and lv3 Enlighten is only a 92% multiplier (lv4 is 88%). So even with a lv4 Enlighten, you wouldn't be able to get back to the old reservation values. Everything's getting a nerf except for Discipline, which is getting a buff.

" Right it became a permabuff, but it doesn't offer flat reduction anymore either. And tempest shield is an autorefreshing temp buff now, similar to blood rage. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

" Ohh my... I've just read it 30% less damage and area radius from 31 to 12.. I'm curious what build is there out to play? I mean as i see they wiped out all builds which had good dps and was still viable endgame.
