Attack on Titan - Plot Analogies (spoilers)

If you haven't read the manga up to chapter #70
then everything below these kitties will be spoiler talk!



This isn't a final conclusion yet, since things can take almost any turn either way.
Yes, even Eren waking up in a sweaty bed "it was all just a dream", which would pretty much be the ultimate "lol fuck you" from the creator to the audience, and is most likely not going to happen...

But so far we know that there are the original titans of the "God titan" bloodline like Historia,
and the other titan types like Eren, who don't have the potential to gain the "God titan" abilities even if they were to consume a "God titan".

After catching up to this #70th chapter, I can't help thinking of this analogy:
The titans are the necessary evil to keep the humans in control, which in modern day real life translates into terrorism.

Terrorists pose a deadly threat, little is known about them, they come and go, strike with surprise, but in the end can be killed just like any other creature.
And to top it all off, they both start with a 'T'. So much for the subtle connection.

My best guess is that the rulers of the Titan world know all about the titans, and even produce the serum to transform villagers outside the walls into titans = CIA/
industrial military complex funding terrorism, anyone?
And then they supply the humans with technology and equipment to fight those titans.

Because without either one, the rulers would be nothing.
Nothing mindblowing imo, pretty simple logical speculations and comparisons...
Any thoughts?

Also, the way titans can share memories seems like sharing the pain, making others gain personal perspective from a terrorists point of view. Why else even fight humans who are obviously inferior to titans? The humans inside the titans (neck) have no control, they act on a exterior impulse, they are blind with rage and only want to kill and eat. Like getting orders which they blindly follow.

Eating (killing) someone doesn't even provide them with nutrition, there is no real personal gain for a titan (terrorist) to eat anyone. As the first season anime already explained they just end up in the gut and die, without being digested. The same way terrorists gain nothing by killing tourists, all they do is send a message: "hear us, fear us".



TLDR; Both humans and titans are just pawns to keep the elite in power.
