2 clients question with steam

Hi, i wanna know if is possible run at the same time 2 path of exile games 1 with steam (main account) and 1 with the basic game which i downloaded in this site. i have 2 accounts because i have another account used for magic found and for test characters. thanks i hope answers :D

So long as you manually play each client, you are allowed to run 2 clients on the same machine.

And by "manually play" he doesn't mean you can "manually" install a control protocol that will allow one account to respond automatically to what the other is doing.
