But every skill gem is limited by strength, intelligence or dexterity - marauder have most strength so you can level up to max RED skill gems. Blue skill gems = for witch, green skill gems = for shadow

You mean the Ranger? Shadow is an int/dex hybrid.

There are more ways to get stats than the tree. To limit yourself to using a marauder if you want to use a red skill is unnecessary. And rarely does your main skill have only the same color supports as the skill itself and you want to get them all to max level. So no matter what class you choose, you're going to get enough stats to fully level your gems or you are going to have self-inflicted weakness.
