Cant see some of my characters on fhe forum

TO be specific,
when I click the portrait of my character in the top left of the screen, it makes a window which displays all my characters. I have a lot of characters and sometimes there is a scroll bar which allows me to view them all. Lately, 90% of the time the scroll bar does not show up, and I cannot select the characters which are not shown. Has this occurred to anyone else? Main characters: Deep_water - AnomaIy - Artica

Same problem, except mine NEVER shows up. Tried all 3 browsers, Chrome, IE, Firefox. I highly doubt it's something wrong with my browser as it can't be affecting all 3, especially when both IE and Firefox are fresh installs.

Yup I have this same problem. I have tried it with IE8 and Chrome. I also just completely reformatted my computer and retried it with IE11 and Chrome again. Still no scroll bar. Would like a fix for this as I have a bunch of characters and sometimes I need a quick way to search through their inventories. Thought I lost my 3 dragons Headpiece one time.
