Mail affiliated to this account was stolen and changed, i need help!

As the title says, i want to change thi mail of this account, but i can't access to it since it has been completely changed, from name to password, microsoft mail system tells me "this account does not exist" whenever i try to log in, so, i can't see the code that was supposely sent to the mail for the account change, i got a new mail so i can change it, but without the account i can't, i'm truly desperated and don't know what to do. Sorry for my bad english.

P.D.: i already contacted support through my Gmail account and i'm willing to give any other information needed.

They won't discuss personal details here, so just wait for the support email.
