My main account -specific account does not exist error

Since Saturday I can not log into my i account i get that error. I had to make this account just to post. I have sent emails to support@grindinggear.com since Saturday with no response. I was fine playing beta and standard Friday night. Can someone from GGG please help i am not very happy.
