Could not leave Guild / not listed on Guild tab

Not sure if this is a bug worthy of attention, but it took some time for me figuring out what was happening.

I had /dnd on, and I wanted to leave the guild, but I noticed I wasn't listed on the guild tab.

I could use Guild Chat to talk to others on the guild, they also noticed I wasn't being listed on it, even though I was in it.

I remembered then to try /dnd off, but that still didn't make me show on the guild member list. I went to Global Chat asking for advice and someone invited me to a temporary guild just to see if I could leave from this one. I got the invitation on the Guild tab, and clicked Accept, but it wasn't letting me out, with an error "This account is already in a guild."

I was going to restart the game after reaching a certain waypoint, but that wasn't needed. The waypoint was on a different instance, and only now the /dnd off took effect. I was finally being listed on the guild with the option to leave it.
