Cyclone and Vaal Cyclone

I'm not to sure if this is a reported or known bug.

I've managed to successfully reproduce this "bug". When using cyclone and lets say one is going into the boss fight/big pack etc, and you activate Vaal cyclone. One will spin like a top but the Vaal cyclone doesn't come into effect. You even tend to not hit anything during the Vaal cyclone and nothing is sucked into your character until the Vaal effect stops.

Yes there is an easy way to avoid this, stop cycloning before you activate Vaal cyclone, but it sort of shouldn't activate in the first place.
