Please try using a VPN to access your account and then logging in. Once logged in, please feel free to close the client and remove the VPN connection and settings if you wish. More info on using a VPN here.

Should this issue persist after testing, we will ask that you try the '-ns' parameter, to help us identify that this is not a memory shortage issue to be addressed using the standard '-gc 2' fix.
