Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. We are currently noticing certain locations being denied a stable connection when attempting to download the latest beta update. In this instance, it may prove valuable to make use of a temporary VPN setup to enable the download of the Beta Client. Please know that the use of a VPN does not have to be permanent, but can be used to attempt to resolve the issue of the initial download. Many people from Eastern Canada using Videotron ISP cannot patch the game. This is not a VPN issue. I have used two free VPNs and I own a PAID one and all three have resolved the issue. As well, for a small patch I was able to tether to my phone (ALSO on Videotron network) and download from there. However, for a 6 gig patch I am currently trying to install now... I do that. Please address this issue as resolved by the VPN solution. I have made another post addressing it as a separate topic as to underline the importance of this issue. Many players use this ISP and are active and contribute large sums of money to this game. To not even be addressed is at best a little worrying, at worst, a little insulting. It has been like this for two patches now. Please address us.
