Game Unplayable on SG Gateway (WinMTR included)

This issue started this week. Game is unplayable on SG server, with massive lag spikes. Conducted WinMTR trace while logged in on the game using SG gateway. I don't experience any issues with regards to other games. Please help. Thanks.

Either you ran the test whilst not playing or you ran it while you didn't experience the problem as the latency shown on the test dose not get past 256ms which is playable but annoying.

so this could be an ISP issue?
was logged in but cannot do anything due to lag....latency spikes constantly from 150-1k+...cant even open my stash.. |
